Henrietta’s passion is in helping people and therefore is studying yoga therapy/yoga for rehabilitation and kinesiotherapy. She has extensive experience teaching and taking care of people with a variety of ailments/conditions such as people with cardiovascular and respiratory disorders, neurological disorders, musculoskeletal problems, metabolic disorders, quality of life for those with cancer, stress, depression and the management of pain. Each session is tailored to suit the individuals needs.

Having experienced the powerful changes that yoga brings. Henrietta would like to share the advantages of this ancient art with passion and enthusiasm, and is consistently looking for ways to improve herself as a practitioner and teacher.

Teaching with warmth and sensitivity, Henrietta believes that yoga posture practice should be about what you can feel in your body and not about what you can do. Her teaching is clearly grounded in vinyasakrama (step-by-step instruction) which deeply supports the body within the postures and invites each person to become more intimate with their personal experience, as they journey towards a deeper relationship and understanding of the inherent intelligence of their bodies.
